Although we are justifiably proud of our curriculum and the academic success of our students, there is more to Sandrigham school life than exams.
We believe in the all-round development of our students, the realisation of their potential and preparation for life beyond school.
This section contains details of our House system and our programme of extra-curricular activities.
The values of meeting challenges and being an independent learner are realised through the Duke of Edinburgh Award Scheme. This is a core feature of activity in years 10 –13 with large numbers of students completing awards at all levels and adds significant value to the development of students’ leadership skills as well as being great fun.
We hold International School status and work extensively with schools in other countries to broaden our students’ understanding of the world at large. There are a wide range of opportunities for international travel, including exchanges and school trips.
Students’ personal development is outstanding. The school does a wonderful job in ensuring that its initiatives allow for the broadest development opportunities.
