New sports complex now open
Our new sports complex was completed on Thursday and we are now the proud owners of a state of the art, multi-million pound indoor sports complex. It is an outstanding building offering wonderful sporting facilities, and is something that will have a significant impact on everyone who attends Sandringham School for many years to come. The complex will also be open for community use in the evenings and weekends, and if you are interested in using these facilities please contact Mrs. Shaw at the school for further details. Well done everyone who was involved in this project. You have done a fantastic job to further enhance the learning environment at the school.
Tours of the Sixth Form
Recommended for all external candidates
If you are interested in joining our sixth form we strongly encourage you to visit the school during the day to see it in action. Simply contact the school reception and they will help find a suitable time for you to visit and tour the school with some students. A senior member of staff will also be on hand to answer any questions that you may have.
Application to join our sixth form can be made on our application form (download here) and sent directly to Sandringham School (for the attention of Ms. Mouncey - Head of Sixth Form). Alternatively, you can download the form from the BeauSandVer web site and send to Sandringham, as above.
The BeauSandVer (BSV) Consortium has been in operation for over 20 years and we are very proud of our history of collaboration across our three schools (Beaumont, Sandringham and Verulam). Currently we have over 800 students studying a broad variety of courses across the three schools.
Examination results 2013
We are really proud of the achievements of our students this summer who have been rewarded with many outstanding results in their various examinations. Headline figures for GCSE and A-level are shown below and in more detail on the examinations page. At GCSE our students excelled themselves once again with many outstanding results. As usual, we report combined BeauSandVer results at A-level which is the combination of results from our post-16 consortium including Beaumont, Sandringham and Verulam students. These were also exceptional results across the three schools with large numbers of students progressing to Higher Education at some of the very best Universities. I would like to congratulate all our students for their work and also thank the staff for their outstanding work. Well done to everyone and good luck in the future!
