'Into the Sixth' evening - Tuesday 14th January 2014 - 7.00 p.m.
Essential for all internal and external candidates
The BeauSandVer (BSV) Consortium has been in operation for over 20 years and we are very proud of our history of collaboration across our three schools (Beaumont, Sandringham and Verulam). Currently we have over 800 students studying a broad variety of courses across the three schools.
In January each school holds an ‘Into the sixth evening’. This develops from the BSV Consortium Information evening and provides further detail on the courses available, application process and detailed information on each subject offered in the sixth form.
You are warmly invited to attend the Sandringham 'Into the Sixth' evening on Tuesday 14th January 2014 for 7 p.m. in the main school hall.
Our sister schools will be holding their 'Into the Sixth' evenings as follows:
Beaumont: Thursday 9th January 7.00 p.m. main school hall
Verulam: Thursday 16th January 7.00 p.m. main school hall.
If you wish to join the sixth form at one of the BSV schools it is essential that you attend at least one of these open evening events. These evenings are open to all students interested in joining the sixth form including those from other schools.
Following these open evenings there will be an opportunity to attend an open morning tour at Sandringham on Tuesday 21st January 2014 starting at 9.00 a.m. Please contact the school reception to book an appointment.
Examination results 2013
We are really proud of the achievements of our students this summer who have been rewarded with many outstanding results in their various examinations. Provisional headline figures for GCSE and A-level are shown below and in more detail on the examinations page. At GCSE our students excelled themselves once again with many outstanding results. As usual, we report combined BeauSandVer results at A-level which is the combination of results from our post-16 consortium including Beaumont, Sandringham and Verulam students. These were also exceptional results across the three schools with large numbers of students progressing to Higher Education at some of the very best Universities. I would like to congratulate all our students for their work and also thank the staff for their outstanding work. Well done to everyone and good luck in the future!
